By purchasing and using Social Content AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Social Content AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that generates social media content using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered usage limits.
1.1 License Grant
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during your active subscription period.
1.2 Usage Limits
• Starter Plan: 100 posts per month
• Pro Plan: 500 posts per month
• Premium Plan: 1,000 posts per month
Usage limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused posts do not roll over to subsequent months.
2. PAYMENT & BILLING
2.1 Subscription Fees
All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Current pricing:
• Starter: $19/month
• Pro: $29/month
• Premium: $49/month
Flash sale pricing is promotional and may increase at any time for new subscribers. Current subscribers maintain their locked-in rate as long as their subscription remains active.
2.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Gumroad. By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.
2.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers via email. New prices apply only to renewals after the notice period.
2.4 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, your license will be suspended immediately. Service will be restored upon successful payment. After 7 days of failed payment, your account and license key may be permanently deactivated.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 No Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the immediate delivery of digital license keys and access to the Service, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Duplicate purchases
• Failure to use the Service
• Technical difficulties on your end
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
3.2 Free Demo
To ensure the Service meets your needs before purchasing, email customer.support@social-content-ai.com to request a free demo or trial access.
4. CANCELLATION
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• Emailing customer.support@social-content-ai.com with your license key, OR
• Canceling directly through your Gumroad account
4.2 Cancellation Processing
Cancellations requested via email will be processed within 24 hours. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
4.3 Cancellation Window
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date.
5. LICENSE KEY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
5.1 License Key Delivery
Your license key will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if not received within 5 minutes
